ParticipantSo glad you waited to see What Happened Next, Hans! Such gorgeous colors and movement in the morphing CHA. Also been meaning to compliment you on your beautiful CZA in the Gallery (Oct 17th)!
And Ramona, I can only imagine how fun it must have been to have the right atmosphere hang in there all day as you chased halos across town. And to see the full circles of color. How wonderful is that?!
Below, a tiny sundog caught my eye one late afternoon.

ParticipantThank you for posting this link, Laurence. Only in dreams have I seen such magical, marvelous wonders!

ParticipantWow, Hans, that is a beauty!

ParticipantThanks for the link to those spectacular images, Hygee. A real feast for the eyes there.
Hans, I love the softness and restful feeling of your Simplicity. If my hand traces the line of cloud, it feels like tai chi. And the nebula, so delicate!

ParticipantAnd here we go again! Thanks for the launch, Michael. Who knows where we will venture?
Into The Unknown

ParticipantThanks, Hans! And I hope the skies are jazzing it up for you wherever you’ve roamed. Love the wild shapes and compositions you’ve captured in the two images above. The color, as well, is very pleasing to the eye.
Still Tuning Up Here

ParticipantMicheal, you’ve captured texture AND mystery in Arizona B&W179. I like it very much.
And here we are with 100 postings to Volume XI. What a wild journey! I look forward to seeing you and Hans (and who knows who?) for the Twelfth go round.
Strange Wonders Await

ParticipantWhat a fantastic collection you’re continuing to gather, Michael. Love the lumpy contrast between cumulus cloud and veil-like vellum. Your latest is particularly dramatic. My cap is off to you!

ParticipantGreat display of wind effects in the images above, Michael and Hans. Inspiring as always. Dots And Lines virtually sparkles, Hans, while Arizona B&W#77 has that moody, evocative feel that photographer Todd Hido aims to capture, Michael. Very nice!
Below, this is…?
Becoming Something Else

ParticipantOh yes, that captures the effort perfectly, Hans.
Crescendo!

ParticipantYes, indeed, Hans, Billy was up to mischief on this side of the pond! And not Everybody (above) appears too happy about it, so I’m relieved to hear you love him despite his antics. Most likely it’s not his first taste of capers (if capers were to be served with your partridge). Alas, the goat herder may have seen this type of behavior before.
Portrait Of Dismay

ParticipantWonder-filled, Hans! It’s almost as if the sky was offering you a handful of magic. I can feel myself leaning forward waiting to see what will happen next.
Below, the top of this halo held me in place as well.

ParticipantHow lovely, Hans, is this Soft Parade.
And to follow…
A Soft Serenade

ParticipantLove those Soft Clouds, Hans. And the skyscapes you’ve been sharing in your recent series of Asperitas are wonderfully surreal. Hope you have more of them.
A different kind of softness in the image below.
Feathery Fan

ParticipantLove the photos of Asperitas being collected here, Michael and Hans. Layered emotions, subtle mood shifts – poetry in motion! – all captured with keen eyes for composition. Kudos to you both! Send some of those wavy winds my way, if you can?
