Impressionistic Swan
Patricia L KeelinParticipantMichael, I keep going back to marvel at Arizona Color #646. Is your latest above from the same day or from a new flock of floccus?
Here is one from a summer past.

Patricia L KeelinParticipantFluctus is so fleeting in nature! You were lucky to catch such a fine, clear wave, Andrealibero. Thank you for sharing it with us here.
There wasn’t much left of it in the image below, and at such a far distance it seems now to have been almost a dream.
Foggy Fluctus
Patricia L KeelinParticipantMichael, #143 has some great dynamic movement. And whatever that hungry dragon could be eating, Hans, I suppose it is well equipped to enjoy it.
It Has Teeth
Patricia L KeelinParticipantNice catch, Hygee! And good luck to you, Michael. Can’t wait to see what comes your way.
And that’s a beautiful cloud formation, Hans, regardless of label. As for the image below, I’m also not sure about it considering there is Lenticularis nearby. Anyone have an idea? I’ve never seen Pileus at home here in Napa. This ice cream sandwich was spotted in Colorado.
Patricia L KeelinParticipantThanks for kind words, George, and for the link to a beautiful contrail! And Hans, I knew from the title (read first in email) that the photo you posted would give me a giggle.
This One Was Wiggly
Patricia L KeelinParticipantThanks, Hygee! Twilight and post-Twi have a calmness about them I enjoy too. A sliver of moon always tends to catch my eye as it brings to mind a sweet little girl named Ayça whom I met decades ago on a tiny beach in Turkey. She made a enduring memory for me explaining that she was named for the crescent moon.

Patricia L KeelinParticipantFantastic images above, Michael and Hans!
Towards Twilight
Patricia L KeelinParticipantAfter a lovely image to wrap up series XIII by Michael, YES, let’s!
Onward!
Patricia L KeelinParticipantThat’s beautiful image, Hans. I love the staccato feel of floccus clouds supporting the soft shimmering colors above. Here’s another version of a vision.
Patricia L KeelinParticipantAsperitas continues to be shy in my sky here, so I much appreciate all the images shared on this forum topic. And Dean, hope to see more by you! The image you posted is quite dramatic and the video was captivating. I enjoyed the Aurora Borealis video featured on your site as well.
Patricia L KeelinParticipantA splendid example of what a little time can do to homogenitus, Hans. And I suppose a Homo sapien could suffer the same fate by too much sitting around. “A point well taken”, says the fellow below who, if the rest of the cloud were to be revealed, might show him on the run.
