A powerful storm has been sweeping across europe for the past week… Ripping out trees and blowing down walls. The wind remains but the clouds seemed to have cleared up!

I really like this picture because you can see the storm cloud that was above us followed by another powerful one in the distance, with the moon watching!

A powerful storm coming from the pacific is what can be seen in the first, and the second picture is from the top of the Cascade Mountains :)

    I hope you like them!

I didn’t know which topic to put this in, but as I was driving by the airport, I saw this plane taking off and forming some clouds with it’s wings. I don’t know if it’s just an effect of if the wings are really making clouds, but either way, I find it quite beautiful and intriguing!

I find contrails fascinating, especially when they have just formed and are unraveling from the plane engines!

A nice sunset in the Pacific NorthWest. Last night, a cloud formed over this mountain. I am not an expert but I believe it may be a Lenticularis cloud. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Sorry about the plane that was in the way

I hope you like it :)

Can you guess which mountain this is?

    Hello!

I shot this picture in Iceland (In July), and I think it’s a Pileus, however, I am not sure.

    IMG_9242

Is this a Pileus or something else?

    Thank You!

    Hello,

I took this picture yesterday during the Seattle thunderstorm.

I am not sure what type this is, as I am a beginner, but my best guess is that it is a Volutus? Or maybe a Cumulus?

    Hello,

A storm recently rolled over Seattle and the Puget Sound at around 8PM, which allowed me to take some photos of the stunning clouds!
