Hans StockerParticipant
A quiet cloudscape without noise of any kind
Hans StockerParticipantI love this one with its clever title Keelin.
Here is a sundog rudely deprived of its colors.

Hans StockerParticipantA lot is happening in your ‘This And That’ Keelin. Nice title also.

Flat Face
Hans StockerParticipantNice Eric, maybe this one can do for his grin?

Hans StockerParticipantThank you Keelin. The song covers a lot indeed. Very inspiring. Great to illustrate it with this large question mark!
Shows Arizona Color #61 a bridge to something completely different?

Sky-high Jellyfish
Hans StockerParticipantGreat dark purples George just after sunset!

Just before hiding behind the horizon
Hans StockerParticipantThank you George. I was puzzled about the horseshoe-like cloudlet on the picture by Hygge, but you are right, it must be the moon. Also a nice cirrus scenery Hygge.

Up And Away
Hans StockerParticipantI left wit post number 100 on Volume III and now I find on the recently started Volume IV by Michael already a lot of beauties. Among them Aladdin’s lamp by Keelin. I just read some Greek myths and one can learn from them that it is best to be careful with what you wish. It can (or in the case of the Greek Gods: will) turn against you. But there is one thing I don’t have to wish for, because it is already there and it is this thread – and others – on the forum. Great wavy navy start and great Arizona color #44. There are two with this number and both very nice, but I mean the second one with the fragile structures of a developing (or annihilating?) altocumulus.
Slip Sliding Away I found this text by Paul Simon
Cloudy
My thoughts are scattered and they’re cloudy
They have no borders, no boundaries
They echo and they swell
From Tolstoy to Tinker Bell
Down from Berkeley to Carmel
Got some pictures in my pocket and a lot of time to kill
Radio Gaga
Hans StockerParticipantFantastic George! A silver lining at full moon.

Hans StockerParticipantHello Jenna, I love your idea for the children’s theater. Unfortunately I only have an old man you asked for in your wish list. Keelin already mentioned him, but he has no moustache or beard, just very long flowing silvery hair. I love the picture by Keelin with the conversation between two cloud characters. I noticed on the gallery also a cloud spotting cloud by Keelin. Both very funny.
Just let me know whether you can use the old man (or any other) and I send it /them to Ian.
For now I have little Bear, going to sleep after enjoying a nice theater show by Mud Pie Arts. Lots of success with this idea!

Hans StockerParticipantWell, I did awe and wonder Laurence. This APOD is truly fantastic with its bright colors and curly cloud structures with magnitudes we can’t imagine. Thanks for sharing.
Hans StockerParticipantMichael and Keelin, it is a pleasure to see the pictures you two produced last two weeks. To realize this is already Volume IX and each one is an example of perfect abstract art. Picking up the thread again……

B&W Pride
Hans StockerParticipantThe Same Morning might be not the same as the Next Morning (qué???…) but they are both very nice and gentle colorful wide views of a beautiful Canadian sunset, Keelin.
And what a great view with sunset over the Golden Gate bridge, Ariana. Warm colors although it might have been chilly where you took the picture as Keelin wrote.

Just leaving now for a bit more then a week. Not by plane, but by car.
Hans StockerParticipant
Salad Servers taking a nice piece of cumulus
Hans StockerParticipantThanks Keelin and yes, the rings of Saturn! Nice comparison and nice cirrusscape with colorful halo you captured.
Next one is an old one I used in the B&W thread earlier. Here in blues and whites a part of the parhelic circle.
