Crossing A halo
Hans StockerParticipantWonderful intense colors Keelin. What’s more in your archive?

Where I Was Sitting And Watched The Sun Set
Hans StockerParticipantCupid got some nice Blues Keelin.

Off The Hook
Hans StockerParticipantYou captured very bright and distinct colors of the 22 degrees halo Keelin in your On The Wing. Love the composition and its colors.
Here is a 22 degrees halo hardly recognizable as such. I know it is a 22 degrees halo because of its relative position to the sun, but the picture would suggest some iridescence.
Delicate Appearance
Hans StockerParticipantQuite subtle Michael your B&W #118. And amazing it is Keelin, your Tidal Sway.

Heavy
Hans StockerParticipant
From the series I took in march of a very colorful 22 degrees halo, here another one. At the right side one can see a faint split in two separate arcs: the 22 degrees halo and the circumscribed arc.
Hans StockerParticipantHello Hygge, thanks for appreciating my pictures with iridescence and a corona. Very nice link to the picture by Andrew Kirk too. I like his pictures very much amnong them also the picture with “two for the price of one” you linked to in the Waves thread.
You stated that the Themed Thread can only work if the theme comes along often enough to remain in the contributor’s mind. Maybe you did not notice the somewhat different titled thread “Halos and Rainbows Volume II” covering already what you wish for. Indeed not that frequent updated, but nevertheless already Volume II. So let’s continue there.
Hans StockerParticipantAnd this is Volume X already. Time flies! And what a great start with Arizona B&W #110 followed by contributions with a lot of chi for sure. #111 and the ragged tutu are my favorites. Back again, so ….

Hello There!
Hans StockerParticipantThank you Keelin. I will watch out for these two attentive eyes in the sky.

Pareidolic Road
Hans StockerParticipantThank you and welcome back Catherine. I hope you found what you were looking for at quarter-moon.

Hans StockerParticipantThe same evening…

On The Opposite Side
Hans StockerParticipantThese B&W abstracts make one dance….

Whirling Dervish
Hans StockerParticipantIt is the Big Wheel itself, Keelin. Sparkling!
A few days ago the parhelic payed me a visit.
