It might be a slow and solitary vogue for the cacti, but sometimes standing as still as possible is the best way to hear a monsoon serenade. While down below Hans’s patchwork, down in a sea of dreams, another slow dance is underway.
Sea SlugsHow wonderfully odd these crows are, Hans. They do remind me a bit of the bubble circles dolphins are known to amuse themselves with. Below, a fork in the road of a golden sunset.
Funny thing is, I didn’t see Yogi until I downloaded the photo onto my computer. The “cloud berry pie” is what caught my eye (naturally!). So amusing how these characters continue to cross the pond.
And what would go well with that lick of fresh milk (even if it is upside down)?
Oh My, Cloud Berry Pie!Based on what we’ve seen in the past, Hans, I wouldn’t be surprised if that furry little creature chooses the road that crosses the pond. I’ll keep an eye out for him!
The trail below was very short, so I stitched a couple of sequenced photos together to create the image below. Imagine a quilt of clouds, if you will, and the lofty dreams it would surely inspire.

What a stirring visual symphony with Pianissimo and Timpani joining in. While Monsoon Contrast offers a playful riff, there’s no telling what may come after A Single Note.
Both versions of your sundog are absolutely beautiful, Hans! In this one, the color might be as one might see ~~ if one were especially lucky.

Thanks for a fun new topic, Hygge ~~ and it looks to be off to a beautiful start. This one’s a bit on the rough, uneven side as far as a lining edge goes, but the brightness behind the darkness looked ever promising.
