I love The Bottom Line, Keelin. Great composition. And Breaking up has great parallel shadows cast by the contrail, Ruth. Cutting is is a really peculiar contrail Gregory.

I love Happy Dandelions Ruth and I am very fond of the kind f soufflé you captured, Michael. Hiding In Plain Sight is a funny and clever title Keelin.

I love Big Rays Ruth. Great play of light!

So funny Keelin, where you write that “the scene below had its match in the kitchen when whipped cream slid over the edge of a bright blue bowl.” I see this sad looking cow. I know why he is looking sad, knowing he must be in the kitchen for certain purposes?

Michael, your last four are all perfect, but the strange shape in #148 is my favorite.

Very funny Keelin your Terrifying Terrier Teaser. Love the teaser and the former terrier as well.
Next one is already on the gallery but now – since terriers are involved – it must be also here.

Very delicate colors in #810 Michael. Great pictures above from all and even a sun pillar by Duncan. Diapanous Dreams has wonderful colors and shape Keelin. And I am a happy it was Not Dark Yet Ruth, for you was abel to capture this nice one before dark.

I say just cloudlets Hygge. Holes look very different.

I am a bit puzzled why you added the link to this specific post by Michael. I see cirrus intortus on that one. Anyway very nice but I have – or it has – no association with holes imho.

A great video George. Thanks for sharing. The red moon with the stars around are indeed amazing and in the end you also spotted a 22 degrees halo with an upper tangent arc as well. And all this in the rocky and beautiful scenery of Arizona.

My last one is from too long ago. I must say you all have shared some fantastic B&W’s meanwhile. Can’t mention them all but ‘Just Stringing Some Random Thoughts Together’ is a favorite Keelin as is #123 with its magical form, Michael.

In my opinion they are mamma indeed, Ramona. Hanging underneath stratocumulus.

Fluctus can be seen in cumulus and when you look it up in the ICA you will find a lot less convincing example than the ones you posted. I can understand Gregory’s  doubts but for me they are KH. Very nice capture.

I checked several times an appropriate cumulus filled sky and when you’re lucky one can find a lot of these examples. Sometimes a crest on its own but also two or three and then mostly different in size.

Keelin, I like your association with subtle and complex music  in Crestscape. It would be my favorite kind of music although it can get very stormy too. Just the complete spectrum. And I see that now at last the clouds in Rain Aplenty provides for the much wanted water. Love the diagonal shot.

Duncan you captured some great skies. And Richard your ir’s are fanatastic as ever. The oregon high desert is my favorite.

Ruth thank you. Your Cloud Creatures are great. A good eye for strange forms in the clouds is a true joy! It is also great you found the article in the Dutch newspaper Trouw on the Community with the history of the CAS and the way Gavin started the CAS. Always a great story to read with lots of humor. And now you know also the dog in my avatar is a cloudspotter too. It is so funny to be in it too.

Especially for you this proof of the cloudspotting dog at the place where I can watch a cumulonimbus approach or be underneath it getting wet.
