Malcolm Wilson, member 41,548, painted this scene using oils on canvas of the clouds above Cumbria. It is 3.5 metres long and is to hang in a public room of a Grade 2 Listed Hotel.

He told us he has painted since he was 14 and wears his Cloud Appreciation Society badge with pride. His paintings are exhibited nationally and he was Cumbria’s Artist of the Year.
