Dave, you have taken some exciting, not to mention moody pictures. Keep them coming. These forums are great fun to share pictures and support each others creations. Asperitas are one of the most thrilling clouds to see and photography. A rarity for me. Looking forward to more of your entries.
Hans, I totally understand both versions. Glad you liked my Tunnel. I wanted to tell you the colors you captured in Pastel Painting are my favorite. When looking to paint a wall or for selecting carpet, I have learned to see what color combinations are in bird feathers or flowers. Now I will add sky.

Clouds On A Mission
Hans, not nerdy at all. I so appreciate any critique of my pictures. I don’t often know what I am seeing, but know what I like in taking a shot. Sometimes I just feel it in my gut when I have captured a nice worth while photo.
Blues At Sunset, those clouds just look happy to end a good day. Greys and yellows together work nicely.
