Great one to start with Michael and a curious extraterrestrial scenery by Keelin. I love them both.
Purples
Very nice capture Ruth. I prefer to think it is a yes for asperitas and I am open for and curious as well for different opinions.
I often check the gallery when I doubt and to my surprise I found something that looks like what you spotted in the most recent example of asperitas in the gallery: dissipating asperitas.
I suppose you know how to search in the gallery? If not: click on the icon just left from your avatar in the main menu and you will find any cloud type, phenomenon, etc. to select (more than one criterion can be chosen) and you will find your selection. Nice way to look for more rare phenomena or combinations btw.
That is a lovely decorated sky Keelin in Luminario. Lots of lanterns floating by. I just had to scroll back to your Snagged too and the breathtaking #712 by Michael not to mention Yellow Belly and dried Apricots by Ruth and Color Galore by Gregory.
Color Glimpse
Yes wild physics indeed Michael. The changes are often too fast when you don’t have your camera at hand. Nice pileus.
The trees seem to climb your Cloud Walls Keelin. Nice view.
Another Wall
Very funny Ruth, your Cloud Eater. The fish George spotted seems to look in amazement.
Great colors in your dramatic cloudscape with storm clouds Steve. I like the contrast.

Does it Still Itch is very funny and a great composition altogether Keelin. The more after I spotted the puppy also.

Thank you Gregory! And btw I just tried something on the Optical Phenomena thread but could not yet post what I wanted. I have to be patient. Meanwhile I see a lot of great posts by you like Land of Cloud and Sky.
