Hans StockerParticipantThat’s a great wide view Ruth in your As Far As The Eye Can See.

Queuing
Hans StockerParticipantAwesomeness indeed needs some interpretation Julia and awesome they are. I think these are Altocumulus lenticularis. The lenticularis does need to have a perfect lens-like appearance. In my opinion you see the crests of the waves that form the clouds. Lenticularis are wave clouds that form on the lee side of a mountainous area, that might be close but may be also more distant. Any other opinions?
Hans StockerParticipantGreat info John on your website. And noctilucent clouds are spotted above England, Belgium and the Netherlands just some days ago. Modest appearances, but nevertheless noctilucent.
Hans StockerParticipantThat is a great capture Donatella. A plane producing Wing tip vortices and wing clouds in which I see also some iridescence. Great quality in my opinion!
Ruth your Contrail DNA is very clever.
And Keelin, your As Soon As The Dust Settles is very funny and a great composition as well.

Just After Launch
Hans StockerParticipantThe last one I posted was a month ago with the title Hieroglyph. There was written that I would have some time to spend in a transition to a new laptop ans a little break. Back to Black! (and White).
Keelin, your As Soon As The Dust Settles is fantastic! As is Splash by Ruth and the feathered #198 by Michael. Love them all!

Foamy
Hans StockerParticipantYard work does always pay off Ruth. Surely a great one for the gallery!
I envy your Layered Delight Keelin. What a beauty. I would have liked to see you dancing in the streets.
A few days ago we had some noctilucent clouds while in the seas there was Noctiluca scintillans (an alga that lights up when disturbed). Two nocturnal phenomena together. Very special.

Hans StockerParticipantYou made a beautiful series Keelin. Great to see Curtain Call in the somewhat occasional newsletter. And your Balancing Point is in the optical thread is as amazing as Curtain Call. Love the titles as well.
Hans StockerParticipantGreat choreography Keelin! Certainly a Curtain Call and one for the gallery for sure. Love it.
Hans StockerParticipantIt’s working Hygge. Astonishing colors in this astonishing storm cloud. Thanks for sharing.
Hans StockerParticipantKeep hunting Ruth. Great results already.
Here the hunting season is started promising.

Hans StockerParticipantNo problems with posting here. And testing gives a lovely colored result Keelin.

Hans StockerParticipant
A Bit Of A Mess
Hans StockerParticipantWhat a day for clouds indeed Ruth! Just keep your hands on the steering wheel although the clouds are also beautiful from the ditch :) Keelin offers a helping hand, so Don’t Worry, She’s Got You! Both great cloudscapes as is #508 by Michael. I love the fine lines in this one.

Overlooking
Hans StockerParticipantDusty Keys are fantastic Keelin. Great composition as is also #192 by Michael. There is something of a skeleton in it. Love them both.

Cloud Hieroglyph
Hans StockerParticipantHalo Hoopla were the magic words to get back the familiar formatting, Keelin. Great 22 degrees halo in a cirrus filled sky. For some reason halos seem to hide for me already for some time. Iridescence on the contrary shows enough.
