Tyler Mays, the keyboard player from Capital Hill, sent us their track entitled ‘Clouds’. This is what he said:
“A couple years ago I wrote a song to capture the moments I had watching clouds on a bright sunny day as a child. I recently recorded it with a couple of friends, and today I ran across your site and thought it would be a good fit! Hope you enjoy it.”

Sent in by Tom Power, who is based in Dublin, Ireland, this track is from his Power Brothers album, ‘Cloudwatching’. “It was inspired by the clouds we get here in Ireland,” Tom told us. “I spent last summer stuck indoors because it was so wet and grey outside, so I had nothing to do but write music. Even with all the rain and cloudy skies I finally saw how beautiful the clouds were and how much you appreciate the sun when it finally shines through! The album mirrors these sentiments!”

Thanksgiving Snow

Michael Notarangelo’s composition was inspired by a light snowfall he experienced in Ringoes, NJ, US, on Thanksging Day. “I guess snowflakes could be considered pieces of clouds floating to the ground from the heavens, ” he told us. “I just stood for minutes staring out my window as it happened and became moved…”
