Hans StockerParticipant
Afterwards
Hans StockerParticipantMaybe former one was dreamy, but at almost the same time 180 degrees opposite the view seemed more nightmarish.
Hans StockerParticipantGreat start of Volume III Michael. And amazing lava colors against two very different skylines George.
Yesterday Asperitas Sunset
Hans StockerParticipantWow, that was worth waiting for Michael. Very nice distinct crepesculars ans some seasoning too :).
Hans StockerParticipantVery inventive title Keelin and great structure. I love a wild abstract like that.
Undulatus
Hans StockerParticipantYou are lucky with the coming of the rain goddess and with the find of her lost Pearls Keelin! Love the image.
You had Asperitas overhead Michael, and show strange strangles of cloud (is this good English?). Intriguing. I had yesterday a Asperitas event over here. Not overhead in this case.
Hans StockerParticipantYour Gigggle! made me really laugh Keelin. Very funny and nice texture too.
The aging Of Contrails
Hans StockerParticipantArizona B&W #65 has great depth Michael. Bright floating dots against a distant haze.
Astronaut’s View
Hans StockerParticipantHiccough!
Hans StockerParticipantI learned about chiaroscuro in the Cloud A Day from last Wednesday. Nature’s contrast between light and shadow…
Hans StockerParticipantFantastic George. That is a hard one to capture. This phenomenon seems to be far more short lived then even a horseshoe vortex….:) Good timing.
I see we are already at post number 100 of this thread. So the sun is going under for this one and will rise again in Volume II (yet to come).
Hans StockerParticipantThrough Sandblasted Eyes is very visual so to speak, Keelin.
Yesterday this soft tsunami hovered over the neighbourhood.
Hans StockerParticipantYesterday the sky was already shaking on this side of the pond on the rhythm of the congas Keelin.
Hans StockerParticipantAnd yesterday there was another sundog but now in combination with a fallstreak hole. Never witnessed that combination before. It is not a great picture in my opinion. I captured it with the cloudspotter app in a hurry on route and the rather small sundog was not long lived, so there was no time for an attempt to improve the picture.
Hans StockerParticipantIndeed it seems to be the quality of B&W to make duplicatus alive in a surprising way, Keelin. Like your former untitled one is too! In my opinion they are not that easy to discover. Always fun to find a good example like yours and Michael’s cirrocumulus. Love the fine structure of the last one.
I had to search for one in my archive and found this.
