Either an air display sequence gone haywire or maybe a rendition of the flag of Scotland?

A remarkable shot, Tom.
This is the first example of sun dust and sun pillar that I have seen. What a sight this must have been for you to have captured this and share with us.
Thanks kindly.

Excellent Image and indeed thanks for the information Photo Editor very intersting
Thank you so much Ian (Photo Editor) for providing this intriguing piece of information. I was wondering a lot about Tom Bean’s photo and the petroglyphs recorded in his photo. Yes, I know I am straying well of the cloud theme but this record of these inscriptions, forgive me, took my fancy big time.
