We had clouds like this yesterday (24th March) which visited us with huge size hailstones. They made quite an interesting racket on my small conservatory roof – me, being inside enjoying a welcome glass of wine and listening to lovely classical music! “Hey!”.

What an evocative sight!
I live not far from Woodford Airfield in Cheshire where I had the privilege of seeing the Memorial Fight at an air show, and it is indeed a very stirring sight to see these beautiful old aircraft still flying. So, thanks Ian!
Sadly the shows air show is no longer held at Woodford…. :o( -
