Wow, I just found the rest of your web site, especially Clouds, that look like things. Thank you Cloud Appreciation Society. This is just wonderful… Bunny lee again….

My Husband & I were married in Fairbanks, Alaska, in the 1950s, when it was still a Territory.I have loved looking at clouds, all my life. We often layed on the grass, or beach, with our Sons, & saw ,in the clouds, all kinds of forms, like animals, boats, faces, & just everything you could imagine. Now our grown up Sons, Grandchildren, & little Greatgrand children are doing the same; now all in Michigan. Thank you, Thank you Doug for this beautiful photo!!!I remember the June 21st time of year in 1953, when we had 24 hr. sunlight, in Fairbanks.I take photos of clouds all the time. I will remember to use the interesting angle you have used here… Bunny Lee

  3. Terrific shot, Doug. That’s a BIG sky!

I like the good use of a very low foreground which combined with the clouds stretching so far off into the horizon gives the viewer a great sense of depth and space. Nice shot, Doug.
