    I was there, and saw the whole thing, [too slow to get my camera] the photoshot is good but doesn't really do justice to the five minute [approx] experience of watching it live. It was a moving experience, in more ways than one!

Altocumulus radiatus indicates instability at mid-atmospheric levels and often signaling approaching stormy weather. This was true in this case as Bernhard indicated that it rained only two hours later, near the English Garden, Munich, Germany.
