While driving over the Bay Bridge with a few friends to go see the film 'Vertigo', which was filmed in San Francisco by Alfred Hitchcock in 1957, Reven conveyed that the clouds seemed to do battle amidst the skyscrapers, foreshadowing the vertiginous cinematic treat to come. This view was spotted from the Bay Bridge, San Francisco, California, US.

It’s like one of those huge Star Wars battlefield robots, but in a pig sort of way.
Yes Kev it certainly is a cloud and in the right set of circumstances could even spawn a tornado.
Is this a cloud? It looks more like fumes from a factory.
