Released just a few days ago a remarkable image of the Sun’s corona emitting “clouds” peculiar to itself. I think this is a very beautiful image of our Sun. A tribute to it – and to it all our lives depend.
The huge amount of work put into making this image possible is highly impressive!

The image comes from NASA’s APOD (Astronomy Picture Of the Day). The APOD page often contains remarkable cloud images. Well worth visiting!
