Good weather forecast

On vacation in France we discovered this weather forecast in the local journal:

For the Midi-Toulousiain it states in English: “Some decorative clouds are on the programme on another nice and sunny day.”

Both predictions turned out to be right, The clouds were indeed decorative, so even the forecast was good itself.

Hans, my first reading of your post had no picture and I thought the local journal was printing in English rather than you translating. I always get a little thrill when weather forecasters throw in a technical aside such as a cloud type..
