‘Cloud Landscapes’

Frances Pankiewicz from Bridgwater, Somerset, UK recently sent us this wonderful cloud poem.

Cloud Landscapes

There is another landscape hanging low in a summer sky,
Where sunlit rolling meadows and vast grey plains are linked by towering slopes to upper levels.
There great ranges of mountains and foothills stretch out across the cloud lowlands and in the sea of summer sky,
ragged smoky islands float on by.
Then a rainbow volcano spills its colours from heaven to earth and immediately its twin is born – a paler image but just as beautiful.
