Great photo of Lundy island castle by Phil Nobel. Having sat in the same spot as Phil at the time on the same day and painted a picture of the same view I can confidently say that watercolour painting captures the colour, light and energy of landscape better than photography. Perhaps the human mind and body is better at perception and representation than a machine?
