The Sky at Day

Jesse Hannell, Member Number 19,583, recently sent us this video about cloudspotting that he filmed, presented and edited himself. He was 13 years old when he made it. It shows a great understanding and appreciation of clouds and we love it.

  1. Hi all, I’m sorry if the video won’t play, if you can’t watch it you could always try my website http://www.wix.com/ponyman13/shooting-star-productions or my youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/shootingstarrockets2 I hope these work for you, I’ve had a problem myself playing them on some devices, hopefully ye won’t have the same one. Bye! Regards, Jesse.

Well, I should state my apology for my wording. I never thought that it was the CAS that was censoring the video(although it may have sounded that way), I just didn’t know that it was even possible to do that. Thanks for clarifying that for me Nicholas and Gavin, and this in no way dampens my love of the CAS.

    Bryan,
Nicholas is right. Jesse sent us a link to the video that he put up on YouTube. We have then embedded the YouTube video into this page. Perhaps YouTube is stopping it from being viewed in certain countries because of the copyright on the music that Jesse included. I can assure you that we are not censoring it from anyone!
    Best wishes,
    Gavin PP

    Hi Bryan,

Such censorship seems to be based on the country you live in. I think it is more related to Youtube (which host the video) than to our beloved CAS. Living in belgium, I do not experience any problem.

All the best and wish you a cloudy day !

Well, that sucks. All I get to see is the statement, This video contains content from SME and EMI, one or more of whom have blocked it in your country on copyright grounds. That just sucks, why am I experiencing censorship here on the CAS? Anybody?
