    In The Cloudspotter’s Guide I found this is a Cirrocumulus lacunosus, “is a lattice of cloud around distinct holes. Being so high up, this loose honeycomb formation is finer that the lacunosus varieties of Altocumulus and Stratocumulus”. It does look like the puffs in rows of “cloud streets” from 35,000 ft. Joanne.
