Definitely a dramatic looking picture looking from the grassy headland out to a rather misty-looking North Atlantic Ocean. The sun is shining on the moist sea mist in order to create the fogbow in a similar way to the sun shining on the rain from a storm in order to create the rainbow-coloured spectrum that we see.
