I can’t stop looking at your photo. It’s perfect. I’m rather fond of reflection photos and this one tops the lot. Can’t say I’ve seen such an event in Australia – to date!

I second Bryan’s comment. Well said!

Me, being a Londoner and now living in Yate, Bristol, I am always so glad to see photos of, hitherto, familiar views like Bushy Park – one of my favourite haunts for walking and taking photos, especially in autumn where the tree colours are quite something to marvel at. I recognise the setting of this photo – it brings back many happy memories. Hard to believe it but the Park is fairly close to the River Thames and under the flight-path the Heathrow Airport yet here you can find calm and peacefulness.

I love the mirror calm of the water reflecting the cloud vista above. Grand shot, Max! Thanks and thanks for reviving nice memories.

From what is visible in this mysterious photograph, it appears to be a unique Stratocumulus formation that produced a type of linear convergence across the sky over Upstate New York, US. Without a 360 view, it is not entirely clear as to what may have 'precipitated' it.
