Nice picture, Marco! Flying above a vast, very thick layer of low-level stratocumulus cloud in an airplane, one can really appreciate how much distance a cloud layer can cover. Looks almost like a layer of pack-ice on the ocean that an ice-breaker has yet to penetrate. From Rebecca Hill, Canberra, Australia
