Murray Kirkland (Society member 36,227) is an artist based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. He works in a a variety of media and has been painting and drawing clouds among other things since 1990. This painting in oil was inspired by a storm cell over Lake George earlier this year. The canvas measures 1.8 m high by 4.1m wide.
