Lacunosus Event

I submitted a close up lacunosus shot to the gallery recently. The event during which that shot was taken lasted for me around 45 minutes, and I did not witness it from the beginning. Mid morning chores had me outside when I looked up and saw a fallstreak..in the middle of a field of lacunosus. By the time I got my camera on it the lacunosus had dissolved and the fallstreak filled in the empty spaces..but in the western sky,,a sheet of thin altostratus was condensing out of the blue and as soon as the thin layers appeared they seemed to start showing the lacunosus patterns..The show was drifting to the east crossing directly over my backyard. Chores delayed.
Below are a few shots of the event. The thin layers of stratus can be seen in the corner of the first shot and wide view of it early on in the second shot. Then I decided to zoom in for the close shots.
