The picture is lovely, but the music is definitely NOT conducive to meditation. Do yourself a favor and turn the sound off if you want to use this to meditate.
Personally I would cut the twangy guitars and let the sound of waves transport me to some higher state. The captions are good for meditation first timers. The visuals really work for me….I shall hold the image in my mind during tonight’s qigong session. Peace be with you Mark and thankyou.
