Dr Wilhelm von Zitzewitz, member 6178, recently wrote to us about a company BACKALDRIN, based in Linz in Upper Austria, which has recently built a new information and exhibition centre at its manufacturing site to illustrate the history of bread and baking.

The company appointed the world famous architect Wolf D Prix from Vienna to design the new centre which takes its inspiration from a cloud.
