The recently updated version of the World Meteorological Association’s International Cloud Atlas includes several newly discovered clouds, including the formation ‘asperitas’. Cloud Appreciation Society founder, Gavin Pretor-Pinney was recently interviewed about this by the Quirks & Quarks show on CBC Radio Toronto, Ontario.
