The skies over Suffolk, England were filled with a bloom of jellyfish when Kelly Eaton (Member 46,424) looked up one recent evening. These are Altocumulus floccus clouds with virga hanging from them. The virga are trails of ice crystals dissipating away in the drier air below. The only stings from these drifting sky tentacles are the ones felt by those who miss them.
