Early morning build up of fog dragging down the upper reaches of the navigable Potomac River, between Washington DC and Roslynn Virginia. U.S. The photo was taken from a tethered aerostat balloon at 300 ft. Looking towards an aptly named “Foggy Bottom” Washington.
