Mercurial Clouds

peaceful wisps billowing across the sky
excited bursts piercing through
happy little cotton-candy tufts
comforting cover seemingly over the whole world
angry thunderous darkness brilliant with shards of light
dreamy drifting lolling pillowy fluff
depressed dreary damp endless days
… such mercurial beauty in the moodiness of clouds
