There are important constants in my life. The sky and everything that’s in it, under it, are at the top of the list. The complexities of our atmosphere compelled me to learn physics, chemistry, and meteorology. I am a scientist and artist because of my fascination and love for the sky. The atmosphere and its entourage, affect my heart, art, mind and spirit. The creatures of light; sprites, aurora borealis, the optic miracles, are there to ponder, delight my mind and enrich my life. But the first and most important gift the sky gave and still gives me is this; whenever I look up, I am completely in the moment, as close to the now as I can get.
