Weather Photography Workshops?

Happy New Year, Cloud People!

One of my resolutions this year is to learn more and do more weather photography.  I thought a tornado chasing tour might be a bit advanced to start, so am exploring monsoon photography tours/workshops in the southwest USA (Tuscon, AZ area).

I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with these types of outfits, or recommendations for reputable, safe, and meteorology/photography savvy monsoon tours?
