There is a lot going on here. To me it has hints of several cloud types, but not one specifically. The bit through the center makes me think of a fallstreak hole gone mad.

It looks like a layer sitting right in that transition zone from supercooled droplets to ice crystals, i.e. higher end of altostratus to lower end of cirrus which would also explain the cavum (or cava, to be exact).
