Here is the celestial Queen of all our solar system’s planets – Saturn – portrayed in her full magnificent sublime glory!

A land based telescope image which, to me, beats the quite a number of  images from the various NASA spacecraft sent to observe this wonderful planet at much closer quarter.

Note:-  the banding of the clouds, and, more so, the puzzling hexagonal cloud formation at the “north pole”.
