      Marie, I am also new at cloud ID.  But looking through the cloud library you may have spotted a cirrocumulus lacunosus.  The lacunosus has holes like Swiss cheese.  There hopefully will be others that will help with your question.  It is a total thrill to see and learn about clouds.  Keep them coming.

      Hi Both, Thank you for your responses, that’s really helpful :) I’d actually read about that type in my cloud book and wondered if it was that! How exciting. I am just starting out with cloud ID so I’m sure i will be posting again soon!
