Michael finished Volume XXII of the Black&White thread. It still amazes me how B&W’s can inspire to make more of them.  The fun will continue in this twenty third Volume!

Le me point this out: check the former Volume first before diving into this one.

Haha, are you both pulling my leg, Ruth and Michael? Hereunder you can see the one who pointed out to check the former volume. Nice crab legs, Ruth. And the centipede by Michael looks to me like an angel’s wing. Love it.

Ah, I didn’t realize we’d reached the 100 mark in Volume XXII! But I see now, there was a beauty posted by Ruth even after. Definitely worth traveling back to catch her Black plus White equals Gray. It looks like the sky is raining light both near and far.

And on we go with XXIII with a fabulous—and humorous—start! Legs and wings… and does everyone see the pretty girl in Michael’s #232?

Apparently Apple photo processing  doesn’t use a grey scale in the B&W  photo soft ware..which is another way of saying, if ya want something closer to analog B&W use Adobe Lightroom  since they Do use a grey scale.

Another Apple processed photo below. The only way I have figured out how to work the BW issue with Apple is make it all one color then reduce saturation to zero  as in 203 and 204.  205 and 206 were less successful. Below still has a Bluegreen tint to it.

Ruth, your S in the Sky looks like a tango! And Michael, I like your recent images even with the blue tint.

Michael, #209 feels like I am looking down at a forest of trees.

Keelin, needing some hydrocortisone cream.  Very abstract too.

Thats  an electric itch Keelin and a nice on the wing shot Ruth. Im having really atrocious saturation problems with Apple processing B&W. Could be my computer. So bare with me while I get back to Adobe Lightroom..

Michael, I sure don’t mind your apple processing.  I am very new to any photo editing.  May be this winter I will start to play with the one I have.

Beautiful feeling of space in your latest photos, you two. And Michael, yours still look fine here.

Great shot Keelin. Nice depth of field and grays ,with control of the highlights!!..The horizontal  lines calm the shot down  also.

Thanks, Michael! Things are definitely emerging in #211.

Hans, perhaps it’s Hallowe’en night’s influence, but Chase of Clouds is reminding me of a ghost costume. Did it follow you about? Is it still out there??

And Ruth, What a beauty! Love those gentle swirls!
