      Am I seeing things or is there a light pillar in this photo? It was more visible in real life but I’m unsure of what i saw.

      Arina, that does look like a sun pillar to me.  Hopefully you may have other members respond.

      Yes, I’ll second that. Cameras are always problematic when you’re shooting into the light. With auto-brightness I often tilt the lens up or down to try to get the best contrast

      Tony_Dale Thank you! I usually only have my phone camera and try to do that. But none of the photos caught the phenomenon very well. I’m glad that I saw it at all.
