Regina Burchett is an American Artist painting clouds, skies and landscapes in oil, pastel and charcoal.  She has lived for many years in Austin, Texas and now resides in North Carolina.  This recent painting, “The Sentinel I” is oil on canvas and you can see more of her work on her website.
