Off the coast of Málaga, Spain, Emelina Galarza spotted Cirrus fibratus clouds looking like the bristles of an enormous sky brush. Such Cirrus would be classed as homomutatus because they’ve developed from human activity, starting life as aircraft condensation trails that were spread out by high-altitude winds carrying moisture ahead of a weather front. This sky brush likely gave a quick sweep of the blue before the cloud carpet on the horizon was pulled across with the weather front.
