Image missing from Cloud-a-Day

Are you sure that you are not missing some option in your email program to show the image? We are able to see the image fine in the email below that you forwarded. Sometimes, we find that a member doesn’t realise that the particular device they are using to view a Cloud a Day is set to stop images within emails from downloading automatically. This can be a sensible security setting, but it means they need to approve the image download manually. Usually, this involves clicking a ‘Load Remote Content’ button in the email program or right-clicking over the missing image and selecting an option to download the attachment. Is it possible that this might be what is happening for you? Were you trying to view this Cloud a Day on a different device from wherever you normally view them (and where presumably the setting is to download images automatically)?
