Definitely a great looking mid-winter sunset sky over New Taipei City, Taiwan, Alex!. The mid-level Altocumulus clouds cover much of the sky up to the distant hills behind the city. You can feel their wavy formation movements, which look like reflections in a still blue lake or sea as they travel slowly across the sky in the afternoon breeze. You can see the large, built-up city in the foreground, which provides a good contrast to the rest of the picture.
