One thought on “A collection of lenticularis over Wanaka, New Zealand.”

Looks like an alien space-ship about to land in the New Zealand South Island town of Wanaka, in the Southern Alps on a fine day. Been there myself a number of years ago and was awed by the size and scale of the mountainous landscape in that area. You can see all the distant mountain layers that rise dramatically above the water of the lake. Lake Wanaka is a large lake that appears like a vast fjord in this picture, similar to what you would get in Norway, as it stretches off into the distance.
