Laurence – I don’t or didn’t take offence in any way with what you said. Equally I do not object to you using my photo as a screen saver. ‘Tongue in cheek’ I would say my aim is to have everyone using my photos as screen savers!
Hi Mike
Thanks kindly for taking the time for your appreciated reply.
I hope my comment about the little red light did not cause any hurt or offence – neither was intended. I apologise if this was the inadvertent case.
I have today, if ok with you, employed your marvellous photo as my current screensaver. Thanks be, due to the formatting of my screen etc the little red light does not appear in the overall picture. It makes for a lovely view!
Laurence
superb Image well captured

Thanks for your comments. Unfortunately that red light on what is Adventure Island now locally referred to Sandals Island (Sandals now have exclusive rights to it) is part of their private set-up over there. I could have cloned it out. I have numerous day and night-time shots of lightning striking behind the island some locals say because of iron there from shipwrecks. True or not I’m not sure but I do have a significant number striking that region beyond the reef in deeper water.
But I was fortunate to live and work there for 3+ years and views like this could be daily events during certain times of the year. Just had to get the camera out paraphernalia and point it (trying to miss the light).
Grand shot, Mike.
Carping criticism – I find the red light at the far right hand corner at the bottom of your otherwise lovely shot rather distracting from the overall heavenly vista above.
