Magical and mystical.
A delightfully pleasing shot, Jan. Love this. This projecture is all the better taken in nigh almost monochromatic .
It’s a great picture with the depth of the multiple skylines and the huge 3-dimensionality of the clouds.
What I say next is not intended in any way as a criticism or to detract from the value of the photograph, it’s just an observation: isn’t that river the A896?
This is a revelation! I always looked for images in the clouds themselves, not outlined by the clouds.
An imaginative shot, Jan, and I can see that you have a photographic “seeing eye”. When taking photos of clouds it is a good bet to see not what is above but what is on the ground, so to speak as evidenced by your photo.
I have been to many loch`s in Scotland but not this one , you really have a great capture here Jan regards John
What a beautiful photo! The foreground of birds contrasting with the sunrise coming over the mountains is spectacular.
Hi Rhys, I fully agree with Sharon’s comments. This is a lovely photo – and how lucky you were to capture all these birds (Starlings?) in your picture. It has all the makings of a really nice photo-card.
A wonderful image saturated with a sparkling, crystal clear light…
