An amazing view of an iconic mountain. You’ve captured this huge, monolithic plateau and presented it to us as a small island in an ethereal sea. Brilliant!

A soothingly quiet monochrome shot which reminded me of the Worms Head, south Wales.

Here is a comparative view of the Worms Head:-

This photo was taken from cockpit of a Boeing 737-800W just north of Port Elizabeth, flying from Cape Town to King Shaka airport, Durban, South Sfrica. The Cumulonimbus is busy dissipating (Anvil) on the north eastern side but also drawing moisture from the western afternoon sun and heat and again growing.

This picture was taken with my Sony camera and was published in the QAUNTAS AIRLINE ,Qantas Air magazine in 2010 featuring on the 2nd page of the Magazine.

I appreciate it and are honored very much for them recognizing this photo acceptance to be publish in a prestige airline magazine so that a lot of people can see it.

    Thank you
